Because of the closeness this shares with CIPERMINE, and it seems CIPHERTRADE is waiting on them, I am forced to move this thread. Feel free to use the report to mod function if anyone believes this has been mislabeled.

I think Ciphermine should be moved to the scam/fraud section.

Not that I'm defending the actions as of late, but that wouldn't be accurate since we did get dividends for a while.

Had we all invested and got nothing, that might be more accurate.

Mods, have any of you been in contact with woodtech or anyone from the CipherMine / ciphertrade team?

Until Kate can show the books, every penny spent and every coin mined and especially the location of the missing hardware reinvestment fund, I would very much consider Ciphermine to be a scam/fraud. We have no information that would indicate that Kate did not simply trade away or embezzle the cash that should have been used to further the operation or paid out in dividends.

It is my opinion that she is a liar and a thief. She's said nothing yet that would convince me otherwise.

What's going on here? Where did all the money go, the hardware, the coins?

I'm not sure about that, but it seems like Kate puts the bondholders first in line when it comes to paying back creditors. If any money is ever recovered by anyone here other than Kate seems to me like shareholders are at the back of the line.  In other words don't hold your breath.

I have no problems with putting the Bondholders first - I just firmly believe that Kate has lied through her damned teeth about how much money there is/was. No-one seems to care that the hardware reinvestment fund has simply not been referred to in any communication. I'm so sick of this - Kate defrauded us and has walked away clean (and probably, personally, richer). It makes me physically sick.
