2FA, DDOS protection, LTC pool  15 conf.

We are proud to present to you world's first multi-coin mining pool.

Stratum mining is available in the following pools:

LTC, DOGE, VIA merged mining = coinotron.com:3334
LTC, DOGE, VIA merged mining ( ASIC miners, share diff. 8192 ) = coinotron.com:3834
FTC  = coinotron.com:3337
PPC  = coinotron.com:3338
VTC = coinotron.com:3340
DRK = coinotron.com:3341

You can mine here

-litecoins + DOGE + VIA ( PPS, RBPPS. PPLNS )
-feathercoins( RBPPS )
-ppcoins ( PPS, RBPPS )
-vertcoins(RBPPS)
-darkcoins (RBPPS, PPLNS)
Reward system: http://coinotron.com/coinotron/AccountServlet?action=home

All shares delivered via PPS mode worker will be rewarded with constant rate:

Payout per Share = (1-Pool share) * 50 LTC * Share difficulty / (65536 * Current LTC Difficulty)

Share difficulty - how many times more difficult are current shares than base difficulty shares ( currently 8 )
Base share difficulty = 1, base shares have (on average ) 65536 hashes
65536 is the average number of shares of difficulty 1 in a block of difficulty 1

Coinotron advantages:
-  security is our priority, users passwords are hashed and salted
-  long poll support ( mining efficiency raises about 1-2% )
-  automatic payouts
-  profitability comparison matrix
-  DDOS resistant server
-  2-factor Google Authenticator support

How can you join us?
1. Register here: http://www.coinotron.com/coinotron/AccountServlet?action=register
2. Create worker(s)
3. Configure your mining application to point to our server - examples:  http://www.coinotron.com/coinotron/AccountServlet?action=help

Lulz... I was using a bitcoin miner, not a litecoin miner. Silly me. Everything's good now.

Hello!
I've got problem with my guiminer 031212 version.
I want to mine some ltc on coinotron so i entered site as other, port 3334, my worker's name and password and flags -v -f30 -w256. Worker says i'm mining avg. 300 mhash/ card, but i know it should be in khash, and site says i'm doing nothing (even shares are being accepted amoung guiminer) What i did wrong?
Thanks for reply.

sounds like you are hashing sha-1 instead of scrypt

I don't know if guiminer has a scrypt variant. I think I heard that someone (tacotime?) forked it to hash scrypt. download the scrypt version of guiminer or use another scrypt enabled miner such as cgminer, minerd which guiminer(scrypt) is likely using on the backend anyway.

Right at the top of the my account page, it lists each of the different coins, and has the payout address, payout threshold, etc. change payout threshold to anything over 1 (minimum payout is 1 LTC. note, anything under 10 LTC has a 0.1 LTC transaction fee)

I'm not sure how to submit a feature enhancement request... so I'm going to try here...

Please set the auto-logout timer to something more like a day?  (or make it variable for the user, hour, day, week, month, year, etc).  As it is now, I check the site quite often and logging in each time is kind of a pain.

thanks, I'm really enjoying the pool.
