Regardless of who we choose, I should begin adding to a "War Chest" for dividends in 2-3 months. We just landed a few contracts in the office area for pretty good money per SF ($0.50 - $0.65 per SF, which we're finishing up re-hab on now). I am working on a deal or two to sell some of our old hardware off, too, so we can use some of those funds as well to add to the general fund for when divs re-start again.
The BTC address will be public and transparent to all holders, so you'll know exactly what is in there, and that its being added to as well.
Overall, the past 2-3 weeks of business have been insane.. We're looking at adding an extra parking lot due to the business that we're doing.
