Got the lawyer contracts today.  Looks like the lawyers will pretty much take it all.

I currently work for a class action claims administrator.

The lawyers always win.  ;)

Hi! Welcome back!  8)

Hey bro. I recently bought some Litecoins. I finally realized that I underestimated the power of the network effect.

Agree, and I put Gone Gox in my title.

About the lawyers.  They always get the fat pay checks, but at least a wrong is corrected.

About work.  I am working too much. (40 hours a week but that is too much for me)  Can't get off the tread mill.

I got this email today...

As we advance our investigation against Cryptsy and Paul Vernon, we need to know if you have any information that might reveal where Cryptsy maintained its bank accounts.  If you have any information or documentation such as:

-- a canceled check of yours by which you deposited money with Cryptsy
-- a check to you from Cryptsy that was drawn from an account at a financial institution other than Cryptsy
-- wire instructions from Cryptsy directing you to send money to a financial institution other than Cryptsy

please forward that information to us as soon as you can (you can redact all of your personal information – we are only looking for Project Investors/Cryptsy information).  Knowing where Cryptsy did its banking will assist us in identifying viable sources of recovery that should be pursued further.

Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have regarding this.

Thank you.

I posted it because I'm amazed that they don't know or can't figure out where Cryptsy kept its fiat currency.

The last line in that email might get you in trouble. I doubt it but just a heads up ;)

It's funny that they're happy to solicit for free information but if you talk to them it's $300 an hour.

I can understand why investigators are asking for banking information.  No one would know where I bank unless they located someone that had a check or something to provide hints.  I assume that Cryptsy didn't have any credit cards with the information.

Thanks for posting.  Very interesting.
