The only way I would ever buy one of these miners is if Alhceminer agrees to a non-competition agreement to the buyers of miners. Otherwise the buyers are simply paying for Alcheminer to build a ton of miners to use against their "customers"....err I mean victims.

any links on this....and such..or is it just that NO announcement is what leads you (us) to this conclusion?

also would this include innsilicon as well? ie they make the chips (bulk sale) and alcheminer for the data hall or self-contained units

ie is it all one big happy fail by both (except bulk chip sales) ?

There was no relation between Alcheminer or Innosilicon companies in the past, I doubt they were the same chip at any point. MAT was an OEM for Alcheminer.

Regardless their "investment" model was pretty nuts placing all the risk with the investor and none on their own plate.
