Looks 'unlegit' as hell imho :)

if there was an X11 asic in the world we'd surely have heard about it on coindesk etc the profits made would be 'enormous' for such a machine and would basically blow the GPU x11's out the market so rapidly you'd not fail to notice such devices in the world.

as an example when KNC got Scrypt-N to work on the Titan ...they drove the difficulty up so fast that in 1 week they destroyed Scrypt N coins for any value

so imho this is a joke......would be like an elephant jumping into your home pool..you'd notice :)
