I have been scammed, what can i do now ?
« on: January 13, 2015, 09:06:30 AM »
Hi,

Many of us trying to invest our money to cryptos or other places at the internet.
There are many ponzi out there and its basic need to make a good search before to invest.
Of course people are greedy, we are greedy and invest before make some serious searching.
People are greedy and start ponzi schemes.

Lets here try to find a solution.
Dont be greedy, everything bad you do comes back to you.

Try to find out other people that have been scammed in the same way, in the same company and create a power group!

Try to find a solution to your issue with discussion, create a post to a forum, to a blog, on skype, on irc channel , on tinychat etc.

As i have write before in other forum we are all one here. we are all invest at cryptos, we are all want to thrive.  So try to be nice and helpful to others.
One way is give value data about your scammed case. Do not let other to be scammed, just protect them.

Now if you have been scammed, what can you do.
a ) search other people that have been scammed in the same way or company and as a group.
b ) go to http://net-ARB.com small claims court for the internet, go your case there .

Do not forget to inform others about your case. Knowledge is power.

If you have other value ideas please reply

Thanks

This is probably the most ironic thing I have read on this forum.

net-ARB is a known scam. They take $199 when you file a complaint. And that's the only thing they are good at...

Small claims court has to be attended by yourself or an attorney representative (Usually cost prohibitive) from what I understand.

Not sure you can do it over the "web".

Aha, a lot of sites use them as an arbitration partner.

Here's how it goes. You get ripped of. You pay the $199 to net-arb. They send a few emails. In 99,99% cases they don't get a response. And they reply to you that they have exhausted all options and can't do anything. They have no jurisdiction anywhere, all they can do is send emails... And poof, you just lost another $199.

Here's a few examples:
http://net-arb.pissedconsumer.com/net-arb-com-scam-on-the-decision-of-arbitration-case-favors-service-provider-20120409310810.html
http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=139963
http://idontgiveascam.com/tag/net-arb-com/

And I could go on forever....

My suggestion is not to give unknown people on the internet your money. At least not anything you can't afford to lose. How's that for a better solution?

Trust no one, no one. And it also helps to Google a company and see what people are saying about it. Don't just go to there site and go: "Wow, they're a small claims court for the internet. Awesome!" ;)

Simple, you can't. Anyone claiming they can (for a smal fee) is another scammer.

Technically speaking you could if they employed lawyers in many jurisdictions similar to how many IT companies employ technicians nation wide or on an as needed basis to perform onsite hardware replacement.

The website mentioned however is a scam  ;)

Of course you can filling the complaint and writing on every forum and searching for other people who had been scammed like you, but eventually you just need to deal with it.

Lol, nice necro. Anyway this post is kind of funny considering the OP keeps taking out BTCjam loans to put into scams like scrypt.cc
