Just wanted to Reply to this thread so I can see updates since last post ....

I invest upwards of 10,000$USD  for 2 axioms and 4 recursions... nothing was refunded as it was all paid in Cachecoin and would have been worthless if I asked for a refund anyways.

I would very much like to join this lawsuit if you are looking to add plaintifs.

please let me know if this will be a possibility ?

Cheers,

this is a shame, what happened to the old school days of delivering what you promised. To many companies are ripping us customers off

I know probably dumb question - but I assume someone like me, who only purchased one of the Recursion Miners. About $400 investment. Not much to most people, and tiny in the grand scheme of things... but it does mean something to me! How can people like me, who only were purchased a single device recoup our cost? I'm counting it as a loss at this point, but anything to recoup would be very helpful (the wife is NOT happy with me).

Thank you for getting this lawsuit going forward :)

I purchased with BTC instead of LTC or Cache - here's my transaction from Coinbase (not that it matters, but it makes me feel better posting it): http://i.imgur.com/XBW91jO.jpg

I hope so; I lost a big part of my total worth in BTC, however that is not even near to that amount of $.

Can someone provide us with an update about this lawsuit? Or provide me with some information where I can find updates about this?
